  • Supporting and developing team members to achieve successful project outcomes

Who you'll work with

You'll be working alongside a highly skilled and supportive team delivering projects across major frameworks, including National Highways and local authority schemes. Working closely with Site Managers, Engineers, and Operational teams, you'll play a key role in delivering infrastructure that benefits communities and road users across the country.

What we're looking for

We're seeking a hands-on, motivated leader who has a strong background in VRS installation and a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Essential requirements:

  • Proven experience installing Vehicle Restraint Systems on highways or major infrastructure projects
  • Previous experience leading or supervising site-based teams
  • Strong understanding of health and safety requirements and relevant industry standards, including NHSS 2
