Site Administrator / Safety Administrator
(2 year fixed-term contract)
Location: Coventry (A46 Coventry Junctions - Walsgrave Scheme), based full time from our Binley office.
We're delivering the £113.5m A46 Coventry Junctions (Walsgrave) improvement scheme, a major infrastructure project that will transform one of the region's busiest transport routes. You'll be working on…. (what your role and responsibility is)
As our Site Administrator / Safety Administrator, you'll play a key role in keeping both the project office and site safety processes running smoothly. No two days will be the same as you support the project team, welcome visitors, coordinate office activities and help ensure our safety administration is maintained to the highest standards.
- Supporting site inductions, training records and safety administration
- Maintaining accurate SHE records, databases and project documentation
- Assisting with safety reporting, statistics and project dashboards
- Coordinating meetings, training sessions and office activities
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, staff and suppliers
- Managing office facilities, supplies and welfare arrangements
- Supporting the wider project team with day-to-day administration
- Helping create a safe, organised and welcoming workplace for everyone on site

Previous experience in an administrative, office support or coordination role

Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel

The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

Experience maintaining records, databases or filing systems

Knowledge of health and safety administration processes (desirable)

Experience in construction, engineering or infrastructure environments (desirable)

A full UK driving licence (desirable)
