You'll be working on…. (what your role and responsibility is)

As the Possession Reporting Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support focused on track access planning and rail interface data collation and reporting. Your work will ensure visibility and compliance with industry standards and customer track access assurance requirements. You'll monitor day-to-day compliance with Octavius Rail Assurance processes, escalating any issues as needed. Key responsibilities include coordinating on-call and out-of-hours contact information, maintaining compliance measures, managing weekly site visit communications, and supporting critical rail temperature responses, risk assessments, and planning checks for OTP and ALO activities.

  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Excellent analytical and critical evaluation abilities
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing information and document control systems
  • An understanding of rail planning and operations (advantageous)
  • GCSEs in English and Maths
