Your Impact
As a Technical Manager or Assistant Technical Manager, you'll be at the heart of our engineering success. You'll:
- Design and Deliver: Develop innovative temporary works solutions for live sites and tender bids.
- Lead and Inspire: Guide site and bid teams through design management and temporary works procedures, ensuring safety and technical excellence.
- Collaborate and Represent: Work alongside cross-functional teams, customers, suppliers, and design consultants—your expertise will shape project outcomes.
- Grow and Share: Coach and mentor colleagues, share best practices, and champion technical innovation across our teams.
- Learn and Develop: Conduct site visits, audits, and inspections, continually expanding your own skills and knowledge.

Who Thrives Here?
We're looking for curious, collaborative problem-solvers who are passionate about engineering and making a difference. You'll bring:
- A degree (or equivalent) in engineering (civil preferred)
- Site-based experience in construction/civil engineering (highly desirable)
- Knowledge of temporary works design and engineering methodology
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A drive for continual improvement and technical innovation
- Familiarity with BIM, engineering software, and CAD (desirable)
- Working towards professional membership (ICE preferred)
