Your Impact

As a Technical Manager or Assistant Technical Manager, you'll be at the heart of our engineering success. You'll:

• Design and Deliver: Develop innovative temporary works solutions for live sites and tender bids.
• Lead and Inspire: Guide site and bid teams through design management and temporary works procedures, ensuring safety and technical excellence.
• Collaborate and Represent: Work alongside cross-functional teams, customers, suppliers, and design consultants—your expertise will shape project outcomes.
• Grow and Share: Coach and mentor colleagues, share best practices, and champion technical innovation across our teams.
• Learn and Develop: Conduct site visits, audits, and inspections, continually expanding your own skills and knowledge.

Who Thrives Here?

We're looking for curious, collaborative problem-solvers who are passionate about engineering and making a difference. You'll bring:

• A degree (or equivalent) in engineering (civil preferred)
• Site-based experience in construction/civil engineering (highly desirable)
• Knowledge of temporary works design and engineering methodology
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A drive for continual improvement and technical innovation
• Familiarity with BIM, engineering software, and CAD (desirable)
• Working towards professional membership (ICE preferred)
